I’m sure you have heard of all the couch to 5k programs out there but there aren’t a lot of us that are itching to get out and take part in road races. That is totally normal – not everyone wants to race! The moral you should take away from any of these programs is that they are working to get you active with some sort of physical activity. My proposal for you is to work on taking time out of your day to get in at least 30 minutes of physical activity. You can walk, jog, bike, run, skateboard, or even ride a razor scooter. Just get out there and get active!
